We transformed our Friday into a ‘Fri-yayyy’ with a perfect blend of fun and meaningful activities!
We kicked off with an informative stretching session with Dr. Srinivasan, a physiotherapist with 7 years of experience. He highlighted the importance of good posture, common pitfalls, and the impact of neglecting them. Turns out most of us are guilty of bad ones 🙈. The key takeaway was clear: movement is vital, especially when you’re spending long hours at your desks. A few simple stretches a day can make a difference!
Next up: a lively bowling session! It had been a while for many, but that didn’t stop us from giving it our all. Our bowling lanes were filled with cheers, a friendly competition, and plenty of laughter. We ended the day with some yummy pizzas and agreed on one thing: we should definitely do this more often!
This ‘Fri-yayyy’ left us refreshed, reminding us that sometimes, the best way to move forward as a team is to simply take a break and connect.
